Who do you work with?
Diplomatic missions and international organisations, energy and infrastructure operators, construction and engineering firms in fragile states, development programmes and NGOs, corporate leadership, and private clients.
Which countries do you cover?
Deep first-hand experience in Libya, Iraq, Somalia and Afghanistan, with protective work across Europe. Assessments and advisory are available worldwide; deployed work is agreed case by case.
Do you provide protection directly, or advise?
Most engagements are advisory: I assess, plan, oversee and vet. Where protective manpower is required, I specify the requirement and select the right licensed providers — on your side of the table. Direct operational work is undertaken selectively, subject to jurisdiction and licensing.
Why are no clients named on this site?
Deliberately. Confidentiality is the first service a security advisor provides. Every engagement described here is documented, and documentation is shared in person with serious counterparts.
Are references available?
Yes — signed letters from military officers, corporate country managers and security leadership, 2011 to 2022, available on request.
How do engagements begin?
A WhatsApp message or email, then a meeting — in person or by video. You receive a clear written proposal: scope, approach, timeline. No obligation until you say so.
What does it cost?
It depends entirely on the scope, the environment and the urgency — which is exactly what the first meeting establishes. Proposals are fixed and transparent before any work begins.
